I've been here twice in my Cherokee, and had a positive experience both times. I paid $10/night, with fuel purchase, and felt that was fair. The lineman brought our rental car to the plane, helped us load, and had us on our way in nothing flat. I say that's good service at a fair price.

I've been coming to Air10 for a few years now in a Citation II. I travel in this aircraft all over the US, and I find Air10 to be one of the friendliest FBO's out there. The Customer Service here is 2nd to none...The linemen can't do enough for you. It is an absolute pleasure to come to this place.... And for that guy complaining about a $20 ramp charge in a C182...That’s a deal..Why don't you try going to a Signature or Atlantic and see what you'll pay.

$20 ramp fee - for a couple hours - Cessna 182 or get stiffed by buying a minimum avgas purchase of $4.80 gallon, over a $1 more than nearby $3.30 at 0I8 or $3.58 at FGX. Lineman (who was not a manager) actually defended the ramp charge as competitive! Ironic, given this is my 5th airport stop in 24 hours - first 4 airports, paid a total of zero dollars to park/ramp. If you only need to park and then catch a ride to town, use the city ramp - no charge. They do have wireless Internet access and a pretty decent lounge, snack, and pilot briefing area.

This is my second trip to Air10 and was as pleasant as the first. Called ahead to make sure the courtesy car would be available, confirm fuel prices and let them know I was coming in. Upon arrival the usual amount of Sunday afternoon traffic complete with a few jets, a King air and us. Line crew got us right in, had the car ready and the plane was fueled and ready to go when we returned. We will return again.

EXCELLENT FBO! Best prices on the field. Great facility, crew car availability, and Marilyn, head of customer service, is as good as they get. I'll be back!

We landed there on Friday the 13th. I thought they were fine. Gas was a little high. Everyone was friendly. I will go back again.

Air10 seems to be hit or miss. I was based here a while and while fueling were prompt and the linemen are pretty helpful the counter staff needs a lot of work. Receipts are not kept in an orderly fashion and getting invoices for hangar and fuel are apparently a huge challenge to the staff so don't be expecting a quick departure. The facility is old and needs a better computer/pilot room for flight plan preparation. The doors going outside never work making getting to your aircraft an unnecessary challenge. The place I think is salvageable but they need to work on a lot of things.

Service was great. FBO was very nice. Gas was a little pricey but I suppose it is in a lot of places. They gave me a crew car for a couple hours. I'm happy!

I flew in late night for a day of business. The nice lady made good hotel reservations for me but the night attendant didn't give the good cab driver the complete hotel info so we went the wrong direction. Fuel isn't cheap and they have a pretty sizable ramp fee or high minimum purchase. I took on 15.5 gallons but the lady working that day said they always round up to the next higher gallon, which I thought was presumptive.

Flew in to LUK in a C-172. Great experience at Air 10. They have extremely clean facilities and very nice and helpful employees. Definitely stop here if you're going to Cincinnati - LUK is a historic airport that's worth a visit.

Angel Flight mission from KPWK to KLUK. Called ahead and person answering indicated that they would be honored to have me use their facility and she was right. It is great to have this type of service when your passengers have never flown in a smaller plane. From the line personnel who met us to Marilyn who helped find a ride for my passengers, everyone was terrific. They even helped with the fuel price as I was on an Angel Flight. I hope to have an excuse to stop in here again.

Overnight in our King Air, CSR and line service was top notch, but very rude and arrogant receptionist at front door unplugged my laptop without warning me when I was downloading some info. The wireless wasn't working, and I was directed to her desk by the CSR for cable while she was out and her computer was turned off. Be sure to call ahead for accurate fuel prices, they added fifty-eight cents per gallon in FET and sales taxes to the quoted price.
Response from Bud Gawthrop, Air 10 Jet Center While there are 2 sides to this story, there is never any excuse for being rude to a customer, and we have apologized to Mr. Kreller. He mistakenly thought he was getting the 300 gallon discount price, when he only bought 98 gallons, but, regardless, we have now extended him credit for the lower price, for the misunderstanding. Our posted prices include ALL taxes, ALWAYS.

Flew to Lunken from Central PA in a Cardinal to take in the Bengals game. Air 10 promptly fueled my bird, called a cab, and got us out quickly after the game. Also, there's a 35 cent discount on the fuel on weekends...WOW! GREAT service and at $4.05 the best fuel prices I've seen lately. Top-notch facilities, I'll DEFINITELY be back.

I can't say enough about how great this FBO is. Flew in Oct. 6 for the first time and parked overnight. From parking to leaving everything was perfect. Very clean and well equipped facility. When I paid for my fuel the next day, I had a pleasant surprise of a 30-cent per gallon discount for weekend traffic. This will be my number one choice for a stop when flying through or to the Cincinnati area. GREAT JOB!

PERFECT. Prompt, friendly, professional service. Car was ready and running with the air conditioning on when we arrived. We got help with the luggage from the plane to car without even asking. Fuel was $3.91 per gallon for weekend rate on 100 LL. Hot cookies fresh from the oven when we arrived for departure. Clean well equip facility with customer friendly staff.. Sky Galley Restaurant next door to Air 10 was great as well.. Hiking/biking/roller blading trail adjacent to the airport makes it an even better place to stop.. I will be back for sure

Stopped in for an overnight in my Cirrus. Got (literally) red carpet service. Rental car ready to go (went the extra mile to get me one), and service with a smile. Reasonable fuel price for a big city airport. The place is clean as a whistle. ANY business could learn how to do business from the folks at Air 10.
